To book the pickup, you will need to proceed on the SDA website following these important steps: Fill in the "customer code" field by entering this number: 000000845534. Accept the processing of personal data and click "continue". Enter your details and contact information. Indicate the number of packages/envelopes to be picked up, click on "verify data" and then continue. Select the "waybill (shipping document)" option and enter the code on your return label, under the barcode. Choose the pickup date and confirm the booking. You will receive a booking confirmation email from the courier. Place all items in a single envelope and attach the return label externally. The return label is unique for the entire order and was sent to you in one of the delivered packages. Hand over your return package to the courier at the agreed address. Once we receive your return, we will check its condition and proceed with the refund to the payment method used at the time of the order, within 15 days.

Once your return is received and checked, you will receive the refund on your credit card or PayPal account.
